Former Estée Lauder executive Carolyn Dawkins will oversee the jeweller’s marketing strategies and e-commerce business.New York – David Yurman has appointed Carolyn Dawkins as its new chief marketing officer.Prior to her appointment, chief merchant and product officer Lee Tucker led the company’s marketing efforts.
In her new role, Dawkins will lead David Yurman’s marketing and content strategies and oversee its e-commerce business with a focus on user experience, brand storytelling and innovation.
Previously, Dawkins served as global chief marketing officer and senior vice president for Clinique at Estée Lauder, where she led the brand’s operational strategies across product marketing, consumer engagement, e-commerce, customer insights and data analytics.
Previously, she was a director at Google, where she led the BrandLab and Unskippable Experiments teams. She’s also held brand marketing roles at L’Oréal, Procter & Gamble, Colgate and Kellogg’s.

Dawkins’ appointment is part of President Evan Yurman’s plan to expand the company’s executive team and maintain its position as a leader in the jewellery market.
Yurman, the son of company co-founders David and Sybil Yurman, became president of David Yurman in 2021.
