New York— Swarovski has launched its fine jewelry collection featuring laboratory-grown diamonds in India, showcasing the brand’s mastery in light manipulation and craftsmanship. These diamonds, indistinguishable from mined ones, are produced using 100% renewable energy and recycled
gold and silver. Certified by the International Gemological Institute (IGI) based on the 4Cs of diamond quality—cut, color, clarity, and carat weight—each stone meets the highest standards.
The collection includes the latest range, Galaxy, designed by Global Creative Director Giovanna Engelbert. Inspired by the birth of the cosmos, this 19-piece collection features necklaces, rings, earrings, and bracelets in various diamond cuts, all designed to brilliantly capture and transform light.
“The fusion of diamonds, Swarovski’s heritage, and my creative vision has resulted in a collection that explores new dimensions for Swarovski,” said Engelbert. “The meticulous creation of diamonds that reflect light mesmerizingly is remarkable. What excites me most is making this beauty accessible, allowing customers to enhance their creativity and self-expression.”
Myrtille Clement-Fromentel, Swarovski CBO, added: “As Masters of Light since 1895, we are thrilled to enhance our offering with the Swarovski Created Diamonds collection in India. Each piece showcases our unique craftsmanship, creativity, and artistry, allowing customers to indulge in or gift beautiful fine jewelry. These collections epitomize Giovanna Engelbert’s vision and mark an exciting chapter in our journey to enable customers to express their individuality fully.”
Swarovski Created Diamonds, identical to mined diamonds except for their origin, are graded and certified by IGI. Each diamond of 0.18 carats or larger is laser engraved to identify it as an authentic Swarovski jewel.
Building on its 129-year heritage of precision cutting, innovation, and artistry, Swarovski’s entry into the fine jewelry market is a natural progression. The Swarovski Created Diamonds collections will be available in flagship stores and key markets globally. Starting June 15, 2024, these collections will be available at select Swarovski stores in Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Amritsar, Cochin, Hyderabad, Chennai, Surat, Ludhiana, Chandigarh, and Kolkata, with prices starting at INR 26,000.
