Mumbai—The Bharat Diamond Bourse (BDB) hosted distinguished guests from the Japanese Consulate in Mumbai, marking a significant milestone in the economic and cultural relations between India and Japan.
His Excellency Yagi Koji, Consulate General of Japan in Mumbai, visited the BDB with Vice-Consul Ohori Keina and Specialist Economic Affairs Advisor Leila Kazi. This visit aimed to strengthen the ties between the diamond industries of both nations.
Anoop Mehta, President of the Bharat Diamond Bourse, and Mehul Shah, Vice President, warmly welcomed the delegation. They highlighted the historical partnership and potential for future collaboration. Discussions focused on enhancing trade opportunities, exploring innovative avenues, and leveraging technological advancements within the diamond sector.
