Williams, who grew up in the coastal city of Atlantis in Virginia Beach, channels his connection to the ocean into this fearless collection. Known for his affinity with water, he infuses the designs with elements of ancient mythology. The collection draws inspiration from a Japanese legend that pearls were once believed to be the tears of sea creatures.
