Before joining Harry Winston, Violante enjoyed a successful six-year tenure at Phillips, where she served as the Director of the Americas department, overseeing high-value auctions and expanding the firm’s reach in luxury markets. Her prior experience includes a significant role as the Fine Jewelry Director at Heritage Auctions and as a Senior International Buyer for Circa, a leading pre-owned jewelry dealer, with stints in New York City and Madrid.
