As a result, eligible exhibitors can now avail of a grant of ₹1.50 lakh each, which will help them meet their expenses and enhance their visibility and competitiveness in the global market.
IIJS Signature, now in its 16th edition, is breaking new ground by hosting the event at two venues for the first time. The event will be held at the Jio World Convention Centre from 4 to 7 January 2024 and concurrently at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai from 5 to 8 January 2024. This expansion is aimed at providing more space to exhibitors and visitors and fostering a relaxed environment conducive to productive business interactions.
Simultaneously, the India Gem and Jewellery Machinery Expo (IGJME 2024) will be held at the BEC with over 100 companies and 150+ stalls. This edition promises an enhanced experience by presenting a wider range of compelling business opportunities.
In addition, GJEPC is introducing a dedicated section for luxury connoisseurs and couture jewellery buyers called “The Select CLUB” at IIJS Signature 2024 at the Jio World Convention Centre. This exclusive section will enable couture jewellery manufacturers to showcase their extensive collection of high-end, exclusive jewellery designs to a curated audience.
With over 1500+ exhibitors occupying 3000+ stalls across a sprawling 1.25 lac sqm of exhibition space, IIJS Signature 2024 will host over 32000 trade visitors, including representatives from over 800 cities in India and over 60 countries worldwide.
Vipul Shah, Chairman, GJEPC, said, “IIJS Signature is strategically positioned at the beginning of the year. After a phenomenal festive season that witnessed double digit sales growth for retailers, this platform will enable buyers to stock up for the festive season and festivities that will be placed in the first half of the year”.
Vipul Shah expressed his excitement, “The integration of the IIJS Signature 2024 exhibition with the Ministry of MSME’s ‘Procurement and Marketing Support’ initiative is a significant boost for the micro and small enterprises of our industry. This financial assistance of ₹1.50 lakh to eligible exhibitors will play a pivotal role in facilitating their financial aspects and enhancing their visibility and competitiveness on the global platform.”
Nirav Bhansali, Convener, National Exhibitions, GJEPC, said, “We are delighted to unveil ‘The Select CLUB’ for couture jewellery manufacturers at IIJS Signature 2024 at the prestigious Jio World Convention Centre. We aim to showcase a unique blend of traditional craftsmanship and contemporary designs that will appeal to the discerning tastes of our guests at the luxurious JWCC venue. The Select CLUB at IIJS Signature 2024 will enable couture jewellery manufacturers to showcase their diverse range of exclusive high-end jewellery designs to our discerning audience.”
“Furthermore, building on the success of the One Earth initiative launched during IIJS Signature 2023, which achieved the milestone of planting 1.0 lakh trees, we thank the exhibitors, visitors, vendors and contributors who generously supported this cause. This achievement reinforces our commitment to promoting an eco-friendly and sustainable event and inspires us to continue this mission”.
As well as showcasing the latest trends and innovations, this IIJS Signature Edition will also provide a forum for knowledge exchange. Innov8 Talks, seminars designed to inspire and educate, and networking evenings foster connections that go beyond business transactions.
IIJS Signature 2024 stands apart from typical events – it serves as a cornerstone for meeting the diverse sourcing needs of global gem and jewellery buyers. Its appeal lies in its personalised outreach, which extends beyond borders through door-to-door engagements in domestic and international markets, inviting retailers to an immersive experience at this esteemed gathering.
