JA New York is set to transform the Javits Center into a bustling hub reminiscent of the famed Diamond District with its upcoming spring show.
Dubbed the “47th Street Experience,” the event promises attendees an immersive journey into the essence of the Diamond District, complete with pavilions, lounges, and various on-site activations.
A lineup of industry heavyweights is throwing their weight behind the initiative, with notable sponsors including De Beers Group, Rio Diamond, Premier Gem Corp., the Indian Diamond and Colored Stone Association, the Diamond Dealers Club, the Diamond Manufacturers & Importers Association of America, and the Gemological Institute of America. Diamond manufacturers Diamex and Shivani Gems are among the returning exhibitors, alongside organizations like the Jewelers Vigilance Committee and Women’s Jewelry Association.
Matthew Tratner, Group Show Director for JA New York, expressed excitement about cultivating an environment that honors the core values of the industry. He emphasized the opportunity for attendees and exhibitors alike to network with key decision-makers and industry influencers, facilitating business growth and collaboration.

Scheduled from Sunday, March 10 to Tuesday, March 12 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, the JA New York spring show coincides with other prominent events in the jewelry industry, including Jewelers of America’s Gem Awards and the 24 Karat Club of New York’s gala.
David Bonaparte, President and CEO of Jewelers of America, underscored the significance of New York City as the epicenter of the American jewelry trade, expressing confidence in the synergies between the JA New York show and industry gatherings. Notably, key members of the Jewelers of America board will be present to lend their support to the event.
Coleman Clark, Board Chair of Jewelers of America, reaffirmed the organization’s commitment to its partnership with the JA New York shows, highlighting their importance as premier destinations for product sourcing, education, and relationship-building within the industry.
