Las Vegas, Nevada — The American Gem Society (AGS) proudly announces Amber Rank as the recipient of its inaugural “Women in Leadership” scholarship.
As part of the scholarship, AGS will pair Rank with an industry luminary whose expertise and interests align with her career aspirations. This mentorship will offer personalized guidance, insights, and advice to foster Rank’s advancement in the jewelry sector.
In addition to mentorship, Rank receives complimentary registration to AGS Conclave 2024, scheduled to take place in Austin, Texas, from April 15 to 17. She will also be awarded a $500 gift card as part of the scholarship package.
The establishment of the Women in Leadership scholarship underscores AGS’s steadfast commitment to empowering future female leaders within the jewelry industry, reaffirmed the society.

Currently serving as a sales lead and Tudor experience liaison at Exclusively Diamonds in Mankato, Minnesota, Rank boasts a history of excellence. She previously attained the AGS Certified Sales Associate designation.
Rank embarked on her jewelry industry career with Exclusively Diamonds in 2020, following the completion of her bachelor’s degree in business administration and communication from Bethany Lutheran College.
