New York, NY— Costume jewelry wholesaler La Radiant has signed a 10-year lease for a 5,000-square-foot showroom and office in Koreatown. The new space, located at 11 West 32nd Street, will be part of the Double Seven Realty Group of New York’s property portfolio, according to brokers Resolution Real Estate Partners.
The asking rent for the space was $36 per square foot. Brokers Jonata Dayan and Brett Weiss of Resolution Real Estate Partners represented both the landlord and the tenant in the deal. It remains unclear whether this marks La Radiant’s first foray into New York City or a relocation from another site.
Constructed in 1904, the 11-story building boasts 49,000 square feet of commercial space. Double Seven Realty Group acquired the property in 2001. Other notable tenants include Food Gallery 32, a diverse food court spanning the first three floors, and entertainment venues Maru Karaoke Lounge and MK Karaoke.
Neither the brokers, Double Seven Realty Group, nor La Radiant could be reached for further comment.
