Montclair, N.J.— For the second consecutive year, the Instore Show and the Chicago Responsible Jewelry Conference (CRJC) will co-locate at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois. This partnership will facilitate a seamless experience for attendees, allowing them to participate in both events.
The CRJC is scheduled for August 9 and 10, followed by the Instore Show on August 11 and 12. CRJC registrants will have full access to the Instore show floor on both days, providing opportunities to network, engage with jewelry vendors and service providers, and attend educational sessions, including keynote presentations and interactive panel discussions.
CRJC attendees are also invited to the Instore Show’s welcome reception on Saturday, August 10, and the “Play It Cool” party on Sunday, August 11. During this party, the 2024 winners of the America’s Coolest Jewelry Store competition will be announced.
The Instore Show will feature various events and programs, including the “Bench Pressure Challenge,” a custom design competition, and “Cram Day,” an educational conference with three tracks tailored for small business owners. “Cram Day” will occur on Saturday, August 10, the day before the Instore Show, requiring a separate ticket for admission, which includes lunch.
Matthijs Braakman, CEO of SmartWork Media, the parent company of Instore, expressed enthusiasm for the continued partnership with CRJC. “It’s critical that the fine jewelry industry work together to support ethical jewelry practices from mine to market. CRJC brings together stakeholders from all stages of the supply chain to work together towards such practices, and the Instore Show is proud to be a part of that effort.”
