Tiffany & Co. has unveiled the latest addition to its Tiffany Titan collection by Pharrell Williams, blending timeless craftsmanship with contemporary innovation. This new chapter in the series introduces the luminous beauty of freshwater pearls, a striking departure from the usual design. Pharrell Williams, known for his bold yet elegant approach to fashion, continues to draw inspiration from Poseidon’s mythical trident—a symbol of strength and grace that reflects his own personal journey.
Williams, who grew up in the coastal city of Atlantis in Virginia Beach, channels his connection to the ocean into this fearless collection. Known for his affinity with water, he infuses the designs with elements of ancient mythology. The collection draws inspiration from a Japanese legend that pearls were once believed to be the tears of sea creatures. This myth, which captivated Williams, adds a deeper symbolic layer to the pieces and reflects Tiffany & Co.’s longstanding commitment to intertwining meaning and craftsmanship.
The standout feature of this collection is the striking freshwater pearls, each measuring over 11 mm and known for their high luster. These pearls are paired with diamonds and spiked rondelles crafted from 18k gold, a signature motif from Williams’ earlier collaboration with the iconic jeweler.
The collection features a wide array of jewelry, including necklaces, bracelets, rings, and earrings, all echoing Tiffany & Co.’s celebrated design language. Pearls have long been a part of Tiffany’s legacy, with pieces like Mary Todd Lincoln’s seed pearl suite and the Jean Schlumberger Bird on a Pearl collection marking important moments in the brand’s history. Williams’ latest interpretation pushes the boundaries of jewelry design, merging Tiffany’s rich heritage with a bold vision for the future.
